Terms of Use
• To make an exchange on the Service, the user is not required to register, log in, or provide personal data. However, if the funds sent by the user are clearly linked to criminal activity, the order may be suspended until detailed information about the origin of the funds is provided.
• Bitloga may identify a connection between funds and criminal activity based on information from business partners, open sources, victim complaints, or requests from law enforcement agencies.
• By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and agree that your transaction may be checked using the Service’s security system.
• Information about the origin of funds must be provided directly by the sender as part of the relevant order.
• Bitloga reserves the right not to disclose the source of information regarding the connection of funds with criminal activity.
• In certain cases, if the user objectively cannot provide sufficient evidence of the source of funds or is personally acquainted with the alleged criminal who sent the funds, the user may be asked to undergo identity verification.
• By accepting these terms, you also agree to provide complete information about the origin of the funds sent and confirm their honesty and legality if the order was suspended and Bitloga has made the relevant request.
• If you refuse to provide information about the origin of funds, provide false information, or if the provided data confirms a connection to criminal activity, Bitloga has the right to freeze the funds for subsequent return to victims with the assistance of law enforcement agencies.
• You undertake to provide only truthful, accurate, up-to-date, and complete information about the origin of funds and bear full responsibility for its reliability and accuracy.
• Bitloga reserves the right to restrict access to services, including suspending new orders, if the user is under investigation for violating the rules, suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
